Oh snap............ Jae is leaving to Africa tomorrow. The reason being, HE IS AFRICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I didn't believe it either but he has family over there and they were the ones that brought water to Africa (inside joke).

Anyways, today show was cool. We about how dumb Weezy really is, about the government proving to us that our government building aren't safe as well. Get this, they had agents disguised as civilians sneak fake explosives into these building and were able to plant bombs in the building. Pretty crazy stuff. Check it out.

Today is a sad day in music. Today, a public viewing will be held for Michael Jackson at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. A hand full of tickets were given to some fans, and the viewing will also be able to be viewed on all television channel. R.I.P Michael Jackson "King of Pop"

Today show was dope. We spoke on Lindsey getting sued again, and Jay-z hitting Game, Jim Jones, Dame Dash, & Jazzo with words. Plus, I ended the day with a dope Kanye West mix. Not new Kanye, but College Drop out and late Registration Kanye. Real Dope. Check it out.

DTF Radio Memorial Day All Mix Weekend!!!!!!!!!!

What it is everyone. I hope that everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. I had the privilege of once again, rocking out on DTF Radio's Memorial Day All Mix Weekend. DTF Radio is an online based hip hop radio station. Of coarse, this weekend was not just limited to hip hop. loll

I got to meet some dope DJs this weekend. I met D.J. Jack Da Ripper, who along with rocking mad spots in New York, also was apart of the Pepsi smash DJ battle. He was supposed to be rocking in the Acapulco trip, but that of coarse feel through because of the swine flu epidemic. Along with Jack, I finally got to meet D.J. Chryst. This was the first time I got to meet the homie after going back and forth with him on email & FaceBook. He's a real cool dude.

I also had the privilege of meeting DJ Getlive. Now, Getlive is a fellow DJ from queens, and has been in the game for 10 years. Not only that, he is a bad man behind some deck (Pause). I asked if I could stay and watch his set, and was mad cool about it. I sat and rocked with him while he did his thing, that he is definitely a problem. He sat down with me afterwards and kicked some knowledge to me. Great experience man, true story. 

That was of coarse when I rocked out on Friday. But, I also DJed on Sunday also. And because of some issue not allowing the DJ after me to be there (Shout out to D.J. Dubbz. Hope all is good), I got to rock for an extra 2 hours, totaling 4 hours for the day. Check it out and tell me what you think. You could download my set below

So, this is the last show of the semester here at Old Westbury Web Radio. It was a good season. Jae and I had a great time and we will be back again in the fall. But, this summer, Jae and I will continue our show over at WBMB Radio at Baruch College. The show will start soon. Were going to take a week of and then it back to work so make sure that you are checking us.

So todays show was great. Talk about ending the show the right way. Damn, are we feeling good or what??? Today was a great show. I touched base on all the base heads. All the druggies out there. A lot of people are going to rehab, coming out and admitting their drug use and it is a shame. Guys, for real, just stay away from the bullshit.

Noise Makers with Special Guest Q-Tip

So Jae Boogz invites me to this event at 92y Tribeca. He tells me that it is a Noise Makers with special guest Q-Tip. And of coarse, I'm a hip hop head so my answer is, HELL YEAH. 

For those of you that don't know (And if this applies to you, you need to really go do your Homework!!!!), Q-Tip is one of the dopest producers in Hip Hop period. He was also the lead member of the hit Hip Hop group, A Tribe Called Quest. The night was filled a lot of old school head in the house. 

The night was blessed with Brooklyn's own, Supa Qool D.J. Uncle Q (myspace.com/uncleq). This dude was throwing down some classic tracks of Hip Hop. I actually got talk to him at the end of the night and he was really cool. The night was started off with the Hip Hop Fusion band, "Cypher" playing instrumentals to Q-Tip's beats. That band is crazy so if you get a chance to check them out, I suggest you do. 

Rosenberg sat down with Q-tip and touched on so many different topics. I mean the experience was crazy. Even ?uestlove came out to check the event out. Also in the building, The Biildingg Dawg Pitbull, Cipha Sounds was in the building as well. I got to meet him and he was cool too. These dudes are actually funny.

The Bigg Push Foundation

So this Saturday, April 11, 2009, The First Annual Bigg Push Charity 2 Mile Run/Walk at Cunningham Park 193st and Union Turnpike Flushing, NY 11355!!!!

Come join us as we support the Bigg Foundation this Saturday. The goal was 40 push ups for 40 days and the last set of push ups happening at the this Saturday. The overall aim of the foundation is to:

*Promote Healthy Living and HOPE
*Raise $ for homeless families in NYC
*Donate food and clothes to families in the Dominican Republic
*Spend Quality time with our family and friends, Have Fun and Compete
*Give Thanks!!!

Big shout out for all those involved and have been working to get through those 40 days. Everyone is welcome to come by this Saturday, join in on the last set and walk the two miles. Biggie has put a lot effort into this event and I'm personally urging everyone to go out and support him. Its for a good cause so make sure you come out and support.

So here it is. This is my newest thing. A lot goes into what I do. That means getting the hottest songs, to organizing all the music, to practicing my craft. I practice everyday. I work at my craft in some way, shape, or form everyday because you have to constantly be getting better to keep up and to take it to the next level.

i actually was organizing my library, and decided to take a second and just surf a little. I ended up on YouTube and I started watching videos on D.J. FattFingaz. FattFingaz is a dj from Queens that is real dope. He does both, the club scene, as well as being into the turntablism. He actually was online and I hit him up and he mad cool. After that talk, he got me thinking of how I could make myself better and more productive. Hence, my new diary.

Now, i have never been in a video shoot before. It was very interesting. Lol. Na, for real though, a lot more goes into the whole process then you would think. There were a lot of people in there and it is hard to get everyone on the same page with the director. But all in all, it was dope. Mad people came out to support Dynasty.

Probably the best part of the night for me at least, was when I got to meet D.J. Spin one. Spin does a couple of radio show, including his own Internet radio show, Table manners, which features Spin One, D.J. Yonny (This nigga right here is a monster with the remixes), and D.J. Fat Fingaz (Very underrated. Go do some H.W. This nigga is the truth in da club and in the battles. True Story). He was mad cool with me and he actually sat down and spoke to me a little bit about this industry.

Maxci and I... Way to Fly!!!!!!!!!!!

So last night, The kid was on Muevete Radio with Ms. Maxci J. The show was a hit. I mean the ambiance was dope and the feedback was crazy. We just partied in that studio for the 2 hours true story. 

I got to work and threw on everything from reggaeton, to freestyle. It was a little weird at first working with a different host but the shit clicked quickly and we off to the races after that. Not only that, we had a crazy amount of listeners. The phone was ringing off of the hook. I mean we had calls from all over. We even got a call from LONDON, ENGLAND. WOW!!!!!!!!!! So, today Jae and I jumped on to do our second Thursday and it was real cool. Jae provided us with some news that included, home made vibrators, Jay Leno having Barack Obama as his guest tonight, Kanye being guilt on misdemeanor charges, and a $312,000.00 comic book. Crazy. Jae also provided us with a little bit of Asshole this morning as well.

Muevete Radio Wtih the Lovely Maxci J

"I got my hands on a mic and it was love for the first time." When I read it, I had to go back and read it again because it got me thinking. It was funny because it sounded like me. So of coarse, I gravitative to that that is most inspirational. Margaret "Maxci-J" De Leon is a young latina radio show host over at WBMB radio station (Baruch College). She has been doing her radio thing since 2005 and is still pushing. I can co sign the fact the she is the future.

So, last week ended a little crazy. Thursday, I got booked to D.J. at Sambuca Night Club. Shout out to Raul & Valentino. Well I got to go spin for the kappa/L.U.L party. Good times. A big shout out to everyone from SUNY Old Westbury that came out and supported me that night. It was a real good look.



Then, Friday I cancelled by club shit for my man Wilmer. He was turning 19 and he threw a little house jam. Real talk, it was probably some of the most fun that I had in a long time. The party rocked till like 4 and by the time I got home, it was 6. I had to be up 8. I know, I am crazy, but the hustle never stops!!!!!!!




Saturday morning, I had my first professional photo shoot scheduled with Caliber Ent. Julio is a real cool dude and an even better photographer. I mean, he really hooked me up. We shot for about 2 hours. It was a real good time and it was the beginning to the future. God I love the spot light. Lol.

So my man M.M. Rick asked me to D.J. the a calendar signing at All The Right with the Lovely Jessica Rabbit. WOW. It was crazy. Mad people came through to buy the calendar. Then, Channel 5 came out to interview her and then they got me doing a little juggling. You know that I'm a celebrity. 

Anyways, Jessica was very cool. She hung out for a little before having to leave to go do an interview for A list radio. All in all, it was a real cool event and I had a great time. Shout to L.V., Jessica, Big Lou, and M.M. Rick.

Also, shout out to my man Dynasty. He was out there at the Metro Pcs concert in Brooklyn. Then, came out to queens and tore the shit down with D.J. Enuff & The Dream.

Another day, another dollar. Today was a great show. I got some new music that I had been wanting to get on. Some new reggae, some Dynasty, and the new Matisyahu track. Speaking of Matisahu, he stopped by the show today. I have to bounce and handle some business with University Police but Jae held it down and had a great interview with the star.

Da Morning Movement!!!!!!!!! 3.3.09

So I know I have been slacking a little with this but I'm stepping my game up as of now. The show as been doing great, and a large part of it is because of the addition of Mr. Jae Boogz (Jaeboogz.com). Honestly, we love working together and it is a good mixture and I can promise that it is only going to get better with time.

We started experimenting with capturing a live feed through the room with a camera. We are still ironing out the wrinkles but make sure that you stay tuned to that. We also given the privilege to interview Shoni, who is a new artist on Def Jam. Her new song with Fabolous is doing real well, and Shoni is a cool girl. I think that she was digging Boogz....Lol.

So after meeting D.J. Pleasure, he called me the next day and invited me to day any event for him Wilkes Berre, P.A. I said hell yes and got myself ready to rock. We drove out to the Woodlands Resort which is a ski resort. Kiss Fm Sponsors these different ski events every weekend. 

I  went out there and opened up for D.J. Pleasure. It was a little difficult because it was definitely not the crowd that I was use to. The great thing about it was being able to actually do my set and then watch P do his set. The man is a beast behind the decks. We got to sit down and actually talk about everything and he gave me some very important advice. 

All in all, it was a great time, as well as an amazing learning experience. Shout out to you P. I appreciate everything and next time, I'm gonna make sure I give you a run for your money. 

You Have To See It To Believe It!!!!!!

So D.J. Pleasure was introduced to me by my man Dante Nero. This dude Pleasure is an O.G. He's been doing this since I was a sperm. True story. So calls me one day, and asks me to meet him at 395 Hudson street. Little did I know where the fuck I was going.

I meet him in front of the building. I introduce myself, and he introduces me to Smooth. We walk into this building and the security is crazy. We get through that and head to the elevator. The elevator stops only on one floor. Crazy!!!!!!!!

We go up and we all of a sudden we in Kiss Fm. We got to walk in on Lenny Green while he was doing his show with Brian McKnight. Great man and I was able to sit down and pick his brain a little. Then, P showed me around the studios, and introduced me to a few people. Then, I got to meet the King Pin himself, Funkmaster Flex. All in all, it was a great night. God, this is really happening!!!!!!!!!
